Livezaao provides automated cloud server slots that allow users to loop pre-recorded videos continuously (24x7) on platforms like YouTube and Facebook. We provide the infrastructure and server processing power, but we do not create, endorse, or verify the content you choose to stream.
As a user, you agree NOT to use our servers for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. You are strictly prohibited from streaming:
• Copyrighted movies, TV shows, live sports matches, or music without explicit broadcasting rights.
• Adult, pornographic, violent, or hate-speech content.
• Content that violates the Community Guidelines of YouTube or Facebook.
Penalty: If your account is found violating these rules, Livezaao reserves the right to instantly terminate your active streams and ban your account permanently without any warning and without any refund.
All payments are securely processed through our authorized gateway (Razorpay). Our service operates on a prepaid model. We do not store your credit/debit card details, nor do we auto-deduct subscription fees. It is your sole responsibility to renew your slots manually from the dashboard before they expire.
Livezaao guarantees maximum effort to maintain 99.9% server uptime. However, we are not liable for any temporary service interruptions due to server hardware maintenance, API changes by YouTube/Facebook, or external network failures. Furthermore, we hold absolutely no liability for any copyright strikes, channel terminations, or revenue losses incurred by you while using our platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our service or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, India.
