Thank you for choosing Livezaao.com. We strive to provide the best 24x7 cloud live streaming experience. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing any streaming slot.

1. Cancellation Policy

You have complete control over your account. You can choose to stop using our services or cancel your slot renewal at any time directly from your Livezaao Dashboard.

Since our service operates on a prepaid 30-day slot basis, once you cancel, your slot will simply remain active until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle and will not renew further. We do not automatically deduct money from your bank or card without your explicit manual permission for renewal.

2. Strict "No-Refund" Policy

Because Livezaao provides digital, cloud-based server resources that are consumed and allocated to you immediately upon successful payment, we follow a strict NO REFUND policy.

Once a slot is purchased and server space is assigned to your account, the payment cannot be reversed under any circumstances (such as "change of mind", "no longer need the service", or "unable to use due to lack of knowledge"). We highly recommend reading the features and testing your stream keys properly before making a purchase.

3. Exceptions (Technical Failures)

We value our customers' hard-earned money. Refunds will ONLY be considered and processed under the following rare technical failures:
Double Deduction: If your payment was deducted twice from your bank for the same single transaction due to a payment gateway or network error.
Service Not Activated: If your purchased slot is not activated on your Livezaao dashboard within 24 hours of a successful payment, and our support team is unable to fix it.

In such exceptional cases, the approved refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account/Card/UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.
